Community Resilience & Wellness in Jalisco, Mexico

A structured Tuesday wellness experience designed to strengthen the local community through movement, mindfulness, recovery, confidence-building, and meaningful support.

Active con Propósito is a monthly community wellness initiative created or help people Jalisco, Mexico strengthen their health, mindset, discipline, and overall quality of life through consistency, encouragement, and community.

Hosted through Boxing Sports Entertainment, this experience is designed to serve the local community first by offering an environment that supports physical well-being, emotional resilience, mental clarity, and renewed self-confidence.

For those who are ready to continue beyond the complimentary community experience, additional training, wellness guidance, and private support opportunities may be available through Body Soul Elite.

Our Tuesday Experience

Each session is intentionally structured to create a welcoming, energizing, and uplifting start to the day. We begin at B of Bros Coffee at 8:00am for tea or coffee to help participants arrive, settle in, and build energy before the workout begins.

Tuesday Itinerary

  • 8:00AM | Energy with tea or coffee at B of Bros Coffee

  • 8:16AM | Stretch with Daniel

  • 8:25AM | Walk to Jardín de Frida

  • 8:45AM | Unconventional exercises for beginners, intermediate, and advanced levels

  • 9:00AM | Breathing, cool-down stretches, and fun somatic movements

  • 9:30AM | End of Workout

From 9:30AM to 10:00AM

We open the space for:

  • Questions and answers about well-being

  • Conversations around stress

  • Confidence-building

  • Emotional Resilience

  • Practical Personal Growth

This final portion of the morning is designed to help participants leave with more than just movement. It is meant to support a deeper sense of clarity, encouragement, and direction.

Our Tuesday Experience

Monthly Tuesday Structure

Our Tuesday model is organized with intention to serve the community while also creating a sustainable structure.

First 3 Tuesdays of the Month

The first three Tuesdays of the month are offered as complimentary community sessions for qualifying local participants.

These complimentary sessions are intended primarily for:

  • Local business owners

  • Members of Boxing Sports Entertainment

  • Individuals currently seeking employment

  • Students

  • Employees of local business owners

  • Local residents who are actively working to become more stable economically, emotionally, mentally, and physically

These complimentary sessions are designed to help people rebuild momentum, self-esteem, structure, confidence, and consistency.

They are especially valuable for individuals who are working to get back on track in life and strengthen themselves in practical ways.

Final Tuesday of the month

The last Tuesday of the month is open through a 900-peso contribution.

This contribution supports the continuation of the complimentary sessions and helps sustain the community model.

For those who wish to participate through, 900 pesos paid in advance will include access to the Tuesday sessions for that month when arranged at the beginning of the month.

100% of proceeds go back into operating and supporting the complimentary sessions.

Complimentary Eligibility

The complimentary community sessions are intended for people who genuinely align with the mission and structure of the program.

Priority complimentary participants may include:

  • Local business owners in Jalisco, Mexico

  • Members of Boxing Sports Entertainment

  • Local residents working full-time

  • Local residents actively seeking work

  • Students

  • Employees of local business owners

  • Individuals seeking greater emotional, mental and economic stability through discipline and community support

These complimentary sessions are part of a community give-back model and are offered with purpose.

They are not intended as open complimentary access for every category of participant.


Contribution-Based Participation

A 900-peso contribution applies to participants who fall outside the complimentary community-focused structure, including:

  • Individuals living in the United States

  • Individuals living in Canada

  • Individuals living outside Mexico

  • Trainers

  • Coaches

  • Instructors

  • Facilitators

  • Leaders

  • Wellness Professionals

  • Participants joining from outside the intended local support structure

  • Or other professional in a similar role

This contribution model helps preserve the complimentary spaces for the local community members the initiative is designed to support first.

It also allows those who feel aligned with the mission to participate while helping sustain the cause.

Disqualifications for Complimentary Access

Complementary participation may be denied, limited, or revoked when they participate does not align with the purpose for qualifications of the complementary structure.

Examples may include:

  • Individuals residing outside Mexico

  • Individuals residing primarily in the United States or Canada

  • Trainers, coaches, instructors, or leaders attempting to participate without contributing

  • Individuals misrepresenting their eligibility

  • Individuals who are disruptive, respective, or misaligned with the values of the experience

  • Individuals who repeatedly ignored the structure, guidelines, or registration process

  • Individuals who misuse the complementary offering in a way that compromises experience for others

Participation may also be revoked at the discretion of the organizers in order to protect the integrity, safety, and purpose of the sessions.
